"I booked Alltrue Hotel Bintan after leaving another hotel due to safety concerns, and I’m glad I did. The hotel felt much safer, cleaner, and more comfortable. The room condition was much better, and I was able to finally settle down properly for my solo trip. As a solo traveller, feeling safe in the room is very important, and Alltrue gave me that peace of mind. It may not be a beach resort, but it works well as a comfortable base in Tanjung Pinang. What stood out most was the service. During one of my outings, I ended up at a place where I could not get a Grab back to the hotel. I contacted the hotel, and they arranged a vehicle to pick me up. That really helped me a lot, especially as I was travelling alone and not familiar with the area. Overall, Alltrue Hotel Bintan was a reliable and reassuring stay. It gave me the safety, comfort, and support I needed after a stressful start to my trip.
