“Partner and I stayed 2 nights in town for work. Apartment is perfect! Very secure entry and very quiet during our Wednesday thru Friday stay. Very modern and comfortable 1 bedroom in a listed building. The apartment is upstairs without an elevator so there are some stairs. The only issue is the parking is around the back in a designated space (👌) but there is no parking in front of the building so you have to either carry all with you from the back or jump out and leave your luggage just……

“Had an absolute blast with our dog at the property. We really enjoyed sitting out on the patio and listening to the creek, as well as enjoying the hot tub during a chilly morning! Would 100% recommend & will definitely be back! It was so peaceful and the nearby lake was lovely as well. Can’t wait to return. Debra & Mark were excellent hosts. “The property was absolutely amazing. It was in the ideal location downtown. It was absolutely stunning inside and we didn’t hear a peep from the festival happening a mere 10 ft away. If I could rate this place higher I absolutely would. My only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer. ”

“We couldn't have asked for a more perfect, clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay in Hendersonville. Fresh apples and cookies awaited us as we entered. The kitchen area was spacious and well stocked. The 2 outdoor patio areas were green and private, right up against a lovely forest. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area. ”

“Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions.”
