"Great experience. The hotel arranged shuttle was waiting for me at the airport. The staff helped me inside with my large luggage. The room was nice. Comfortable bed. Huge windows with a cute balcony. Great space for clothes and toiletries. Good size mini refrigerator. The breakfast had a fantastic variety and quality. The staff kept the restaurant restocked and clean. The housekeeping staff was very kind and prompt. The location was just right for me. Close to everything but on a quiet street. Easy access to the main attractions and public transportation. A few of the restaurants in the neighbor are hidden gems. "

"For the price and location which is quite central, it is a great find. But staff not really well trained yet in terms of customer service. There was a strong smell of sewage coming from the drain in the bathoom. There is a water fountain on every floor which is a bonus. Didn't try their breakfast so cannot comment. Housekeeping partially made up the bed. Bathroom wasn't entirely cleaned and tidied. It has a lot going for it because of the decor and ambience and price but it lacks service standards which is a bit disappointing. "
