Sportsman's Inn on the Harbour Front
"It had what I needed, bed for the night, a washroom and coffee for the am. I had an extremely late check in, and they accommodated it np."
Nimpkish Hotel
"The Nimpkish hotel is a very quaint little place in a charming little village. More like a B & B with only 7 rooms but a lovey little find. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great. Our room on the top floor was very unique and has a lovely balcony overlooking the water. Beautiful! The breakfast room is small but the view more that makes up for that. The food selection is very limited but satisfying. There aren’t a lot of options in Alert Bay but the Nimpkish Hotel is a very charming little spot and well worth a visit. The pub / patio downstairs is great too!"
Ocean View Retreat 1006 Jekyll on 2 Private Acres in Port McNeill
"This is a modern, clean and comfortable cabin with a well-equipped kitchen. The setting is lovely with ocean views, covered bbq area, patio and fire pit surrounded by a big lawn on a four acre property. It's only a 10 minute walk to the local beach. We set up our base here and spent four days exploring the area including visiting Alert Bay and the U'mista Cultural Centre, San Joseph Bay and the towns of Port McNeil and Port Hardy. Steve made the stay extra special by treating our teens to a ride on the side-by-side and a trip to the lake for a couple hours on the jet-skis. Definitely would stay here again."

Brand new coach house studio suite w/ stunning ocean view! Short walk to marina.
"Michelle was extremely responsive, extremely welcoming. The rental was very well stocked (as a condo owner who rents out, I am very critical of places I go). I am forever impressed. We saw whales swim by, absolutely stunning scenery and sun sets... Highly recommend!"
