"Initial impression upon entering the property is very positive, pleasing to the eye. The view of the Ohio is very satisfying. A generous kitchen and great room make the stay so enjoyable. A very large screen TV that can be easily viewed from anywhere in the kitchen or great room. The internet connection allows for your streaming pleasure. That was easy. Bedrooms were adequate and comfortable. The Bathroom is a generous size with a shower and lavatory. Bathroom is well stocked to provide you with most all of the basic essentials. A washer and clothes dryer is offered, I however did not use them. The big deck allows for the comfortable viewing of the river. I hope a solution for all the stink bugs can be applied here.A fully stocked kitchen makes for a good place to gather for a home cooked meal with the family. All the rest of the accomodations were very good. All this, and it is affordable. I hade an enjoyble time here. Thank you. "

"This was such a great place to stay! It was clean, a short drive to Holiday World, and was exactly what we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the indoor pool and the breakfast was delicious. The vending machines being right by our room was a major plus! We will definitely plan to stay here again the next time we are in the area. "

"Cannot say enough great things about our stay. This was our 4th booking with our host Charlie at the A-Frame. It is the best cabin around the Patoka Lake area. Words like quit, nature, private, and beautiful inside and out come to mind. Very comfortable for two couples. And plenty of room for a family. There is even parking for your boat. it is only a 10 minute drive to a marina, state park, brewery, distillery, and winery with only a 3 minute drive to the closest boat ramp.
