Staff is amazing! Very helpful and kind. The hotel definitely has some exterior character however the rooms are a bit dated. The stay was comfortable and cozy. Surrounding area feels safe and plenty of parking! Great for a weekend getaway.

It’s a ok hotel. We stayed for two nights for the soccer tournament. My complaints are - the coffee machine didn’t work, AC didn’t cool and the breakfast place was super hot without any ventilation. Breakfast was terrible.

Very clean rooms. The young gal at the front desk was extremely friendly and a pleasure to talk to. If I could suggest anything, it would be that your hotel invest in better bath towels. I felt like I was drying myself with an extremely thin terrycloth. Overall, I’d definitely stay there again!

Management were very friendly. Close to the wineries and Downtown Temecula. The pillows were horrible only 1/2 pillows they were short and uncomfortable. Mattress was uncomfortable as well.
