“Room was cold (not main building). Luckily had an electrical heater in my room. EV charger required a local card and hotel did not know how it worked. Very nicely decorated reception/restaurant area. Restaurant was quite expensive compared to quality and quantity of food. Breakfast was very poor with very limited selection. Person at reception in the morning for check-out was not able to communicate in English. Of course you cannot expect fluency, but a bare minimum should be expected for……

“Ruime kamer met toilet, douche en keuken. Wel aan een drukke weg maar niet echt last van gehad. Parkeren in de parkeergarage is prima en op loopafstand van de grote markt. Prima locatie voor een weekendje weg.”

The location is great it's very easy to access the centre of Groningen with a short walk. My only criticism would be that it was very hot and it was hard to cool the room down. “We've stayed here on several occasions as the location is very good. The room was very big and clean and comfortable, there was some noise in the morning as it was partly under the stairs and we could hear people going up to breakfast, but it was very quiet all night. The tap in the toilet wouldn't turn on properly but reception were quick to sort. We would definitely stay here again.”
