"Location Location Location The guesthouse was a wonderful location to access the hiking trail to the glacier. We stayed in one of the two-unit bunk houses. The room was small but we enjoyed it. Despite the howling winds, we were cozy. Our main goal was to hike to the glacier. We were provided with a great breakfast for hiking. It offered an array of food options that left us ready for a morning long trek. The staff was excellent. This is a no frills option that was more than adequate for what we sought. We literally left the parking lot and got on the trail for a fantastic three to four hour hike. If your goal is to enjoy a great morning on the trail, this your place."
"Nice simple room in a beautiful location. Breakfast and dinner were a little chaotic due to multiple large buses with tour groups that were staying there too. Dinner was our favorite. The female server took excellent care of us even though she was very busy. The quality of the food was great. I got the roasted lamb with potatoes and my girlfriend got the oven baked cod char. We also got a side of delicious bread. "
"This hotel is beautiful. The view of the glacier is stunning. Very close drive to the glacier lagoon and other great places to stop hike or see some awesome views. Breakfast at restaurant was good, dinner was expensive. Hard to find other food options in the area. This hotel is a dream and I do hope to come back one day"
