"The room and bathroom were dirty, and the hotel has a security issue. There was only one attendant on the ground floor, and people from the street could access any hotel guest’s floor because the elevators didn’t require hotel room keys. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe."

"Room was nice. Couldn't turn AC off. Miss informed about breakfast and had a steak at lunchtime which was inedible. The hotel is in a great location for travelling on the eurostar. There a nice bar/ restaurant across the road ( go out of the door next to the 3 check in desks) slightly left and cross the road. Lovley staff and food was superb."

The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged and taken care of. I also want to mention Angelica at breakfast, who truly brightened my mornings. She was kind, attentive, and made sure everything was well-stocked and fresh. Her friendly attitude made the start of each day even better. Overall, the staff really made this stay stand out. Great service, comfortable accommodations, and a welcoming atmosphere—I highly recommend this hotel."
