Located in the town of Thirsk is the World of James Herriot. The building, which was the actual practice James worked in as a country vet, houses all the memorabilia from the BBC series All Creatures Great and Small and depicts his life as a Vet. I've been a devotee of the series for many years and I was thrilled on a recent visit to see all the sets and articles used in the series.
