Top Helmsley Hotel Reviews
The Churchill Hotel
"Clean and uniquely designed hotel"
Moxy York
"Needs drawers in room more hanging space"
The Black Swan - The Inn Collection Group
"A great hotel, really quaint, nicely decorated. There were plenty of reception rooms for dining and drinks. Car park had a good few spaces and located right on the square with shops and pubs. There were a couple of negatives. There was an intruder alarm that kept going off. Nothing to do with the hotel, but maybe they should have addressed the disturbance. Staff were generally friendly and helpful, but got the impression they were a bit overwhelmed. There is no lift and lots of stairs, but they do have ground floor rooms. I would be happy to stay there again."
Mercure York Fairfield Manor Hotel
"Stayed here 4years ago bit tired then but the refurb has done it proud staff went out there way to accommodate you so pleased with all services should have been returning home Friday but decided to extend our break thank you to all the staff 💙❤️"
Hotel Clementine
"I had a lovely stay. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I would stay again"
Burn Hall Hotel
"Efficient, friendly staff at check in. Excellent choice for breakfast and served promptly. The hotel was clean, although there were signs that it was beginning to look a little worn. The shower was hot. The hotel was in an quiet location, convenient for travelling to York or any part of North Yorkshire. Would recommend."
The Minster Hotel York
"We have stayed at this hotel a lot of times in the last sixteen years always well looked after the staff very friendly & polite Stuart is very good at his job . The rooms are nice & clean a little bit dated but ok the car park is very secure with a automatic gate but the car park can get a bit short on space if busy. Raymond Woodcock 5th September."
The Feathers Hotel, Helmsley, North Yorkshire
"Good accommodation in the annex but be aware the stairs are steep and narrow to the upstairs rooms. There is very limited parking for 5 cars, so we had to park on the street during our 3 night stay. We ate dinner in the hotel once during our stay, which was average. We had breakfast once during our stay which was good but not outstanding. This hotel is part of a small chain, and having stayed in several of the other hotels in the chain I’d say this hotel is slightly below the quality I’ve experienced in the other properties."
The Crown Hotel, Boroughbridge, North Yorkshire
"All the basic amenities in the room and good general facilities at the property."
