“I don't look like the pictures”

“Clean room. Nice bathroom and shower”

“There was little bits of trash all over the floor. Found hair and fuzzies in my bed. Stained pillows. Looked like the nightstand wasn’t even wiped off. Overpriced for what it was.”

“The staff at the front desk was friendly. The buildings are in a state of disrepair. I'm not sure our bedsheets had been changed as there was hair on the pillows. Bedding was stained, there was something spilled under the nightstand, layers of dust everywhere. Mildew or mold on the shower curtain. A weird cupboard without a counter top against the wall. We turned the heater on and it smelled of burning dust. Pulled the filters and it didn't appear they had ever been cleaned, so we cleaned them……

“Really average, not so clean but ok. And I reserved 2 rooms and Hotels.com told me that I had fully paid. But we only have 1 room when we arrived. Until now, Hotels.com didn't give a refund.”

“The room had what looked like bedbugs. The sheets were yellow and dingy. I stay 1 hour and checked into another hotel. The only good thing was the man in the front desk. He polite and professional”

“Breakfast was really bad, and parking was a bad situation as well, the heaters make your room smell like it's burning.”

“Simple cabin to sleep for the night. Bathrooms were clean. Will stay again!”
