“1. No prearrival communication. I had to call the day before to find out what was going on "call me when you arrive" was the answer 2. Amenities not great: no waste bin in the kitchen, washed up crockery left out on the drainer, bathroom dirty, toilet seat not fitted to the toilet 3. The beds were nice and well made up 4. “We booked this property as the picture on website looked nice. It said we would share bathroom only with people in our party, this was booked as non-refundable. We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. Once booking came through I checked the postcode and found that the property was down a private road which you could not view on google maps. On arrival after a day of travelling the Norfolk coast, we found ourselves outside a Bungalow which……
