“This is a great location for exploring Norfolk. We were only there one night but it was peaceful and accommodated all 3 of us with our dog. The owner was excellent with her communication but not at all intrusive. Nice touches like our own private garden with a BBQ where they kindly left some coals so we had the option to use it.”

“Some mix up at the beginning as didn’t notice we were with a child but sorted promptly. The extractor for the bathroom made an odd noise but they were trying to fix it. Staff were exceptional. Lovely stay.”

“Great modern, clean and spacious room. Fantastic staff and helpful check in on arrival. Ample parking and as the weather was very hot the ceiling fan was perfect. Breakfast and dinner was great and good amount of choices.”

“Room and bathroom clean and spacious. Bar and food good. Staff friendly. Buses outside to nearby villages. Train station 5 mins which was really useful for getting around and local shop, pub and cafe 5 mins. Social club 5 mins. Great band and friendly people. Car parking at rear. Beach 10 mins.”

“Pod was spotless and very well equipped with hob, fridge, freezer, microwave. Plenty of room for a family of 4 with a double bed and double sofa bed. Parking beside the pod which would easily fit 2 cars. The site was very clean and well presented. Check in was very easy and the owner was very informative and friendly. Very well stocked shop. My only downside which was no ones fault, we arrived on a very hot day and the pod was extremely hot. Luckily we bought fans with us. We slept with the……

“Couldn’t get food , one night because lack of chef or food. Some bar staff seemed incompetent and unorganised. No complimentary towels available to use in pool on a couple of occasions. Overall very poor especially for the price of the stay”

“I didn't like having a room which faced out onto the courtyard where pub guests were drinking and eating. It meant that to get privacy you had to draw the curtains which then covered not only the door but also the only windows and I like to have open windows, especially when there is no air conditioner. Having said that, the room itself was quite comfortable and the food was good.”
