The staff was all friendly and helpful. The location was great - close to shopping and restaurants and the freeway. The building however is older and needs updated. The comforter was dirty, the bathroom had draining issues and floors were sticky. I was disappointed with the reviews being so high when I booked the stay.

The staff were all helpful. The facility was in need of being updated. Our room had a smashed bug on the wall in the bathroom. Because of the remoteness of the building we were in, we did not partake in the included breakfast. We will not use this facility again but it served our purpose

Yes, this is an older property with two floors, no elevator (stairs only) and small bathrooms. But... The staff was great! Breakfast was much better than expected at this level. The room and hotel were well maintained and clean. Location is good. For me and my needs, there were no negatives. This was an exceptional value! Far better than I expected. And, again, the staff was outstanding! I will happily stay here again.

We just stopped because we needed a bed to sleep in last minute on our trip. The bed was really clean and comfortable with a decent amount of pillows. The only issue I had was with the shower, it looked not super clean. It was okay for what it was. The breakfast was good with a decent selection.

Dated property, comfortable bed, adequate shower but old tub, old thin towels, poor breakfast service as will not stock dinner size paper plates for waffles- claimed they ran out, but the same thing happened the next day & try to put a 8” waffle on a 5” dessert plate! Would not give real plates either. Tiny ants in room whenever any kind of food or drink on table. Staff is hard working & place was cleaned & smelled good everyday. Management needs to get new towels, spray for ants & improve the breakfast service just by having proper size plates.

We enjoyed the pool after a long days drive. The room was fine though the hallways are in need of updating. The tub/shower in the bathroom was clogged and a towel rack fell down when touched lightly. These things did not prevent us from doing what we had to do and the desk staff was happy when I reported these issues upon check-out. If they do not know about problems they can not fix them.

Very wonderful staff and clean environment. Even though some customers were very rude and disrespectful to a young woman only doing her job she still displayed excellent customer service, I commend her. My son and I will definitely be back because of her hospitality.
