“We stayed at this hotel once before, several years back. Hotel staff was very friendly, but the room was not as clean as we expected. The carpet was quite dirty and worn. The biggest worry we had, was there were extension outlets plugs. There were not enough outlets to accommodate our phone chargers and my hearing aid charger. We felt that the money we spent was not in line with the accommodations. It was ok for the one night we spent there, but I don’t think we will be going back.”

“I booked through Expedia, and the lady who checked me in had all sorts of trouble dealing with that. She asked me to run a card for incidentals. The card reader said it went through, but there's was some snag on her side. I ended up running the card three times before she finally just recorded it as a cash transaction. Inconvenient, but ok. The next morning I checked out in person to make sure the previous night's check-in woes weren't on my card. I was assured I was set. However, my credit……
