"This beach house was a great location for our family, right on the beach and not far to restaurants, grocery and shopping. We really had a great time playing on the beach, which is beautiful and spacious. There is a public beach access right next to the house but the beach was never crowded. The kitchen has everything you need in terms of pots, pans, etc. Everything was clean. My only two things with the house was that the beds upstairs are very lumpy and soft so if you prefer a firm mattress you may want to know that in advance, and the whole house shakes when the washing machine is on spin cycle. Other than that, the house was great for me, my husband, 3 kids and 2 grandparents. "

"My husband and i wanted a night for one night and this place was just perfect. Plenty of good parking and the room was very modern and clean. The property was very quiet and well kept. ITS A GEM! We kind of laughed when we walked in...the room was probably 14x14...small but sweet...we didnt need a huge riom. We will definitely come back to This motel and recommend to friends."

"We had a great time at topsail! The beach was a very short walk away. The sound view was excellent! The beach was beautiful and uncrowded and we rented kayaks for a day and had a wonderful time. The house had great starter essentials and we loved the TVs in the bedrooms! The host was very friendly!"
