The checkin was not friendly and the lineup/wait was very long. Garbage bag was left outside our room the whole stay and the smell in the room was way too strong. At first I thought is was a spray to hide or mask odors but it may have simply been the soap and shampoo. Also, way over priced

Great area for tourists - close to Dundas Square & Eaton Centre, within steps to many food options and transit. Loved the in-room coffee and bottles of water. Only bad experience are the bed and pillows. Quite old and lumpy, almost checked out early due to discomfort. Overall great value though.
