The shower water buit up in the bath and ran out very slowly. I was there for 3 night and never get a set of clean towls every house keeper i ask for clean towls they told to its not their duties to give new towls front desk was a bit of a hassle to check in i didnt know did have to leave a deposit but i did get back my deposit without any hassle .staff need to be a bit more customer friendly.

We stayed on 3rd floor and as soon as you enter elevator it stinks we stayed 4 nights and no room service at all. We had a one king bed and a sofa bed they didn’t have sheets blankets or pillow for it I called front desk and they said I had to wait til next morning I had to go downstairs and was only able to get a sheet and very thin blanket.

I found the front desk staff to be very polite however the manager was incredibly rude to the front desk staff employee which is a huge turn off. I had ask house keeping for two towels since we were only given two (we had four ppl) and was told i could go down to tye front desk. The pool was shut down but was reopening the day we were leaving. N
