Although the hotel is new, there are some deficiencies. The bathroom door didn’t lock. The air conditioner position was very odd, didn’t cool the room well. Also if you take the stairs to outside, there is quite a large step down to the concrete path which is a safety hazard. The bed was too soft for my liking. The only thing I loved was the complimentary breakfast; it was the best I’ve had at any hotel. The breakfast staff were so friendly and kept up with refills/cleaning. Breakfast closes at 9:30am and my suggestion would be to have it open until at least 10:00 or 11:00. I might stay again, but not sure. I’m a pretty loyal customer at Holiday Inn.
