The staff were terrific! Every one of them greeted me during my 10 day stay! Front desk (jade) in particular and head of housekeeping, were exceptional Convenient to good restaurants, shopping, public transportstion. THIS is my hotel of choice when I come to Toronto

Many of the options I selected good should’ve been great but there is no great as an option. Had a wonderful stay for the couple of days. Free breakfast and airport shuttle all included for an unbeatable price. Will definitely stay again whenever I am back in Toronto.

Exceptional amenities for a great deal! The condition of the property wasn’t perfect but there had been obvious updates done and everything was clean and comfortable! Great amenities like a gym, washer/dryer facility, coffee always available in the lobby as well as coffee maker and microwave in room! Impressive buffet included!
