The hotel is very old, outdated and run down. The buffet breakfast was definitely the highlight. Probably the best hotel sausages I've ever had. Everything else was just OK. From the broken front sliding door that needed to manually be slid open and closed to the peeling wallpaper, stained carpet, chipped headboards, broken-off soap tray of the shower, to the holes in the ceiling drywall it felt like very little care was put into the entire building. The first room we were given had hairs in the bed and untucked fitted sheet as if it were not cleaned from the last user. We were given an alternate room without any compensation for our inconvenience. The beds were hard and creaky. The breakfast wasn't terrible (although the scrambled eggs were very salty) they had boiled eggs and a waffle maker station which is always nice. It just seemed to all be missing the "Quality" part of the Quality Inn & Suites.
