Staff seemed put out when I checked in. I assumed the staff may have been stressed out. I let it pass. I checked out and another staff member was more interested in conversation with their two other colleagues than checking me out. You got my money once. Will not be twice

It was good, very clean & quiet. The only downside was the fire alarm went off and the elevators were down so rooms were not accessible for approximately 2 hours on the last morning, which made it difficult and frustrating.

Couldn't fault the staff, the room had a constant high pitch blise coming from the vents of the air conditioning. Had to purchase ear plugs as it kept waking me up

Love this hotel, it is an amazing place. Within walking distance are dozens of restaurants, shops and attractions. Ten minute walk to the CN Tower and Rogers Centre. Room was quite large and comfortable. Did not appreciate being charged $50 per night for parking.

Recently stayed here for a week. The hotel and staff were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. Reception staff helped us with everything including, booking excursions and taxis and even helped provide parking for relations who came to visit us. Would definitely return and recommend.

The location is hands down the best part about this hotel. I booked this hotel specifically to take my partner for his first time to Toronto. We have a Sutton Place in Halifax so I was eager to try Toronto's location. It was a short 2 night stay but unfortunately the building was experiencing some trouble with their hot water in our suite so we had cold quick showers until our checkout morning. We also needed to get our shower cleaned again due to left behind hair. We needed to request an extra blanket and extra Nespresso pods which should have been replenished in a VIP luxury hotel such as this in my own opinion. Hotel provided a voucher and a slight discount on night one. It wasn't a cheap hotel though so a little disappointed. It's not about getting the money off the room, when you travel anywhere and get the time off to do so, you are hopefully for a smooth experience. Things happen. Our concerns were acknowledged at least by most of the staff a guest services. One staff, Fabian, did say "I like cold showers, wakes me up". While I understand the health benefits that have come about from cold plunging and showers, this was not a helpful comment on a rainy day when we just wanted a warm shower. Hope it can be different the next time. Thank you

Wow, the front desk clerk was dismissive of the lack of hot water to shower. Not acceptable. She then berates a coworker in front of me. When I told her her behaviour was unacceptable she picked a fight we me. The paying customer. Other staff awesome, like our valet.

Very well situated; close to TIFF Lightbox, there's a drugstore and a Coffee shop right across the street and plenty of restaurants all around. Rooms are spacious and beautiful and the bed was comfortable. The major down side was the noise; my room gave directly on King street, and the noise was pretty much constant. There's also a lot of action in the hallways and everything in clearly audible in the rooms. The service charge for room service (you have to add tip on top of that charge) is also absolutely outrageous .

Night bartender horrible. We were an inconvenience and got in her way of closing when we came in at 10:40 and asked that she wipe up the dirty and wet area in front of us as we sat down at the bar. Didn’t appreciate the snotty side glances when she mocked us to her manager

The Sutton place was fantastic! Although we had a short stay since we were just in town for a concert, the staff were amazing and the room was so nice! Spacious and really sound proof.
