I’ve stayed at the Westin Harbor Castle a few times in the past and I have never been disappointed. From the greetings as I pull in with my car, the check in is quick, the elevators are fast, the rooms are clean and quiet, the lake view is great… check out was fast and easy. Valet service was quick… this is a great place to stay if you are looking for somewhere downtown near the lake walking distance to pretty much everywhere, or you can hop in your car, or use public transit, ride share service etc… if you live in Toronto as I do, this is a great place to staycation… highly recommend this Hotel. (Even though I didn’t take full advantage of all this hotel offers, it was great to just get away)

Slowly renovating the entire place. It’s always a pain for patrons to endure the inconvenience. But they do try and make up for it. Staff is excellent and Bonvoy is always worth it !!
