"The staff is very helpful and attentive, the hotel is beautiful, sparkling clean and the garden is lush. I need to mention that entry with a vehicle can be be difficult because the gate can be opened only from the reception and if no one is available, there is just no way to open it. And it is a longish walk from the gate to the hotel, which we had to do under pouring rain to get to our taxi outside. "This was our favourite stop on our 3 week trip. This property is a piece of paradise. The bungalow over the water was amazing - clean and spacious! The breakfast was wonderful and the lunch and dinner options were also amazing. We loved the nature trail and we made good use of the paddle boards on offer. However, the best thing about this hotel is the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like family. All of the staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. They were wonderful with our 16 month old. Special shout out to Rafia (sorry if this is spelt wrong) - he was brilliant with our son! This hotel will always be our favourite holiday destination. Thank you so much everyone, we hope to be vac one day!"

"The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The bed was not very comfortable. Quite firm and the bed was very, very noisy popping wood sound every time you moved. I don’t know if something needs to be tightened or what but so loud. I also wish there were more than just the two pillows. It has been a long time since I had to sleep with only one pillow. Would have been far more comfortable with an additional pillow and another blanket. The air conditioner worked great! Overall, it was a good stay."
