“It’s 30 min from Bologna in farming area Rooms are dated. No art on walls. Bed was comfy sheets and pillows are good Checkout is at 10am. 😥 Night time hot water was great. At 9am no hot water 😥 Shower head had a leak shooting up on roof of shower. I put a towel over it. To stop it. But stains looked like it was happening and nobody cares. Housekeepers. In hallway very noisy talking loudly together until I opened the door to see what was the crazy noise They still had some Christmas……

“Il posto è molto bello, da rivedere assolutamente i servizi. In camera viene fornita una bottiglietta d’acqua soltanto all’arrivo. Il bar della piscina non ha servizio agli ombrelloni, devi necessariamente andare al bancone e portartelo da solo al tuo posto. I prezzi sono esageratamente alti. La colazione ha pochissima scelta e spesso i vassoi sono vuoti perché il rimpiazzo è molto molto lento. Un hotel 5 stelle non può permettersi di peccare nei servizi. Peccato per il potenziale è molto alto.”

“Beautiful setting. Upgraded to a lovely old cottage - large room, direct access to garden, elegant decor, big bathroom , first rate a/c. Excellent poolside restaurant, quality breakfast in sunken grotto. Secure underground onsite parking. Only minus was lack of lighting in room - only 2 bedside lights - other main light switched off after a few seconds, no way to keep it on.”

“Delightful 3☆ hotel in the marvellous village of Brisighella. Daniele and his family made us very welcome. Lovely dual-aspect room with superb views across rooftops to the old clock tower and to the other side of the valley. We enjoyed drinks from the bar and had the best meal of our two weeks in Bologna and Ravenna on the hotel's terrace. There's a sun terrace with amazing views. Plenty of other restaurants and bars in the village, no more than 5 minutes walk. This is reputed to be one of the……
