“旅館位置很好，近巴士站，在整個温泉酒店區的開端，上下路散步也方便。酒店前台有位廣東人，幫忙打電話訂回去福崗的巴士票，非常感謝！酒店翻新過，房內和公共地方氣氛很寧靜優雅，露天溫泉水溫好熱，早晚去剛剛好，是古祖風但非常乾淨，很多人只去了下路的旅館街，沒有去上路旅遊中心那條街道，那裏很多店也有很漂亮的旅館。”

“很喜歡这間小屋kiri,很舒服，當天下雪，超喜歡这個電暖桌子，整個房子有暖氣很溫暖。屋子的露天溫泉十分好，水溫夠熱。正！（但洗澡也在室外，怕冷人仕注意！）一般煮食用品也齊全，我自帶便携爐打邊爐。 服務枱的叔叔很親切及細心，入住時會詳細介紹大浴池和房子設備，還送了一支精美的筆給我，謝謝啊。 還有，屋子外的可看到日出日落，星星也很美 我下次到黑川必再入住（自駕的），很好的體驗：）”

“我們是自駕，入口是很小條的路，招牌不是很明顯，勇敢開進去就是了。有少量停車位。從停車開始就可以感受到接待人員的熱情，幫忙停車、搬運行李。入住時還發給小朋友小玩具，大廳古色古香，一進去就聞到令人放鬆的香味。晚餐時會協助鋪床，還會送上一壺冰水，方便在泡澡後使用。晚餐是懷石料理，有依照我們的飲食習慣，不吃生食、不吃牛肉的予以客製化，十分感謝。除了公共浴池，還有二間家庭湯屋，可以從房間播電話預約，服務人員可以說英語。check out時才結帳，並交還車鑰匙，比較特別。不僅是大人餐食，兒童的餐食也是非常豐富，早餐有牛奶、咖啡、蘋果汁可以續加。菜單上可以看到手寫的訊息，真的很細心。”
