“My stay here was amazing. The room was on the top floor with a beautiful view of the water and sunrise. Extra large balcony to sit and enjoy music from the promenade. Inside was modern and stunning. Bathroom and vanity area perfect size. Large queen size bed super comfortable. All things in kitchen to cook if you want but the restaurants are all in walking distance as well as a spa. I can’t wait to visit again. Contactless check in was great.”

“The hotel was absolutely stunning. We had a surprise room upgrade, staff and service was incredible the entire trip, and so helpful with everything. Pool area was unreal, not too busy which was nice. Reasonably priced bar and lunch options. Food buffet options were so varied and tasty, we liked having the option of menu items to pick from as well as the buffet, gave a proper restaurant feel. Only thing we felt could improve was after dinner, there wasn’t anything to do as the bar closed at 8pm……

“The bathroom in the room has a rain shower that constantly floods the bathroom floor. The shower and bathroom floor are one. There is a glass door that only covers half the shower. Water leaks from the showers exposed door less wide open area. Also from under the glass due to no rubber at the bottom. I took a very horrible spill that could have been a very bad result. I landed backwards on my wrist and bottom. Had to wear a splint for 3 weeks and ruined my vacation. i notifyed the staff they……
