"The staff at this very modern gentile hotel were absolutely astounding! They were very personal, intimate, and friendly. We had a couple of problems with our room, and they helped us immediately. The hotel was a little gem in a fantastic location, right by Les Halle’s, with underground parking, so it’s great if you have a rental car. I highly recommend it!"

Comfortable beds We found the check in times a bit confusing online but relieved to find they'd been extended when we arrived."

We had adjoining rooms - quite small but did the job as we only stayed one night but while passing through. They accept dogs which is a plus and limits our choices. Helpful staff. "We stayed as a family of four. There were building works ongoing, which we did not know about before, but were informed of immediately when we checked in. The dining room and bar were not available but the hotel did offer a breakfast bag option as an alternative. The room itself was very clean and the beds were very comfortable and there was aircon and a fan provided which was good. The bathroom was also very clean and well equipped. The location is great, a 10 minute walk into the centre of Tour and we managed to park on the street outside the hotel for free. We booked through Hotels.com and the booking said we got a free drink on arrival, we were not offered that but I assume that is because of the maintenance works."
