“This house was perfect! It was a ten minute drive to Dreams Park and close to restaurants and the grocery store. It was clean, spacious, and had all that we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this property.”

“We had 7 families with 15 siblings. Plenty of space! Love the patios and pool! Definitely worth the money! It’s seriously close to CDP. Maybe 6 minutes max! Matthew was great and easy to get ahold of. Lovely view from the front porch.”

“The house was exactly as described and just what all our families needed for our stay during Cooperstown week! House was clean and all was available that was shown in amenities. The only issue was the grill was pretty dirty that we had to clean it very thoroughly to use it and we could have use at least one big pot for cooking. Thanks for the hospitality, we would definitely recommend for families to stay. ”

“It was everything we needed! The house was very clean and it looked exactly like it does in the pictures. It is in a quiet area, it was easy to get to and it was close to a lot of attractions. Joe even sent us a list of recommendations for local stores, restaurants, and attractions before our stay. There were nightlights around the whole house and even lights outside which was nice because it did get dark. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook during our stay. There were even board games……

“Cooperstown was a memorable trip but what made it the best was staying at home with our host. The home was perfect. We always wanted to go explore the surrounding villages but the boys always wanted to return to play at the house. Thank you for the great memories!”
