Clean and well maintained facility. Staff members are friendly, and our room was facing back side of the main road and super quiet. The blackout curtain worked well too. Enjoyed the breakfast also. It was a great stay visiting Trier.

Not enough parking. Was given access to another lot. They asked for extra charges when I checked out. Didn't talk about that when I expressed concern about parking. Otherwise nice place.

Well worth it

Very good hotel, the food for breakfast was good and whilst a little out of town, it's a short easy walk in. Overall a great hotel for the price.

A Great Stay

A wonderful clean, modern hotel serving an excellent breakfast with a great variety. Brilliant reception who went the extra mile to help Bar staff could do with improving their service though A 25 minute walk to the station and also into the city centre itself, along the riverside

Fairly new and comfortable rooms in a well located hotel. Basic but good breakfast. Shortage of parking spaces.

There are better alternatives

Not a terrible hotel, but too pricy for what it was. Extremely slow check-in. No parking spots left. Had to park down the road. Had to walk on a busy road at night to get back from car to hotel. Charged for parking anyway - though got a refund. No air conditioning so had to open windows with lots of street noise. WiFi didn’t work. So many little things make this a place I would not recommend.

Air condition did not get cool even at the lowest settings and fan on high! It was not hot outside, but no way to get the cool air to come inside so it was way too hot in the room. The breakfast however was fantastic with lots of choices and good coffee!

The availability of parking is limited and parking a mile away in a car park with no security was a concern. The hotel made up for it with the service of its barman, Kenan. He is a credit to the hotel because of his professionalism and friendliness.

Alles netjes maar erg basic. kamer erg klein, nauwelijks ruimte voor kleding, slechts 1 stoel. Voor 4 dagen Trier bezoek met zijn twee is dit hotel eigenlijk niet geschikt. Half uur lopen naar centrum. Het is wel geschikt voor 1 nachtje als je op doorreis bent of voor een bedrijfsmatige overnachting. Voor vakantiedoeleinden beter een hotel dichter bij het centrum te boeken.
