"The staff were very nice and the cleaners were outstanding. The problem was noise every night outside the room. And the trash and recycling bins were just under my window. It was extremely noisy every morning at 6am, and there was no privacy on the first floor if i opened the drapes. The driveway and sidewalk were on each side so everyone was looking in. I asked several times to change rooms and was told maybe, but it never happened even the fourth night. This is not the staff's fault, but it makes the stay there very tiring, and not relaxing."

"This hotel is an ideal location to visit Krakow. We were basically able to walk everywhere we wanted to go without having to take public transit. The room is well-equipped with courtesy drinks and even a complimentary bottle of prosecco on arrival. The bed was comfortable and it had a very good shower. The free breakfast was amongst the best I have experienced in Europe. We also ate twice in the Polish restaurant attached to the hotel and enjoyed traditional Polish dishes. The only thing I would have liked to see would have been an English-language news channel included in the TV coverage (CNN or BBC International News) so we could keep up with current events around the world."

"Very nicely decorated in the style the hotel story told of its history. Rooms are a good size and don’t suffer from extraneous noises from neighbouring rooms. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had. Staff are all very friendly and helpful willing to go the extra mile to cater for their guests.The hotel’s position is good not right in the old town but only a short pleasant walk to the main square. Evening there’s low key lounge jazz a la Ella Fitzgerald which suits the vibe well. Overall a lovely hotel where you don’t feel that it’s just part of a chain. It has its own individuality"

"Superb location across the road from the terminal doors. Really suited us because we didn't arrive until the early hours of the morning. Check in was super easy and quick. Room was spacious and the huge bed wonderfully comfortable. If you book early you can still get a decent deal on price."

"Hotel was really well located. Very central to Krakow old town. Property was clean but the bed room carpet was dated and view out of the window wasn’t great. Otherwise very comfortable beds, nice and clean big showers. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice but little expensive. Spa was nice but the pool was not narrow. I would recommend it."
