Charming YEAR ROUND 4-bedroom cottage on Lake Winnipesaukee

This Winnie cottage boasts 4 inviting bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds. With a washing machine and WiFi available, guests can relax in this superb and peaceful retreat.

Open concept floor plan allows for lake views from the porch, deck, kitchen, living room, master bedroom, etc. Plenty of outdoor space with the porch off the master, deck off the living room, dock, yard and picnic area.

Located directly on Lake Winnipesaukee with a private swimming area just steps from the house. The dock is shared May - September but the other boat is accessed only a few times each summer (usually only on Saturdays during the cleaning window). Advance notice will be required if access to boat is needed during your stay. You may dock one boat up to 25ft (pontoon boats welcome).

Park in the garage to keep your car cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Additional parking in the driveway for a second car.

Winni Trip

The only issue we had with the house was that the upstairs shower would not work. We also did have to shovel the landing and steps when we first arrived. The heated garage was nice to put our ice fishing gear in to dry out overnight. Plenty of room to move around. Overall, I would rent it again in the future.

Not so charming cottage

Location and view of the lake was awesome. Beds were all very comfortable. When we arrived it was freezing in the cottage.we turned the heat up to 80 but had to wear hats and coats .blankets for 3 days in livingroom. Bedrooms were warm.both showers trickled out water. Dining table had tripping hazard f a rug under it. My 62 year friend fell and hitHer head because of all the bumps in the rug.Was a hazard had bumps all in it

Thanksgiving weekend

We decided to get a place near where I had booked a catering event. It was a comfortable campy home. Wish we could have used the wood stove. Had a slushy/snowy day and we were happy that I did not have to drive from Maine to do my catered event( prep was done in my commercial kitchen and packed in insulated containers. We went into town after my gig and relaxed and celebrated a successful event. Joe Pirkola
