The staff was great. Tulsa experienced a water main break while we stayed and the staff was helpful to get us a room that still had water for a little while, while they worked. Breakfast was very good and they offered to go bags on the morning we checked out.

The hotel looked beautiful but it smelled horrible. It smelled like an ashtray throughout the entire hotel. Our room was nice & large, but it was dirty. There was a dirty shirt on the closet floor. Dirty bedding on the pull out couch. There were hairpins in on the bathroom sink. Staff were very nice though. Outside was very unsafe, especially at night.
