“落下一件衬衫，回去找还在，不错”

“I ordered room service for my evening meal. The menu didn't offer enough options. So I ordered hot chips, which were overcooked, and no salt sachet was offered. I then had a chocolate fondant for dessert; it was nothing to rave about. The fondant didn't taste like chocolate at all (Disappointing). The next morning, I ordered breakfast in my room; the omelette was rubbery and tasteless (another disappointment). However, the real disappointment was how they served the food. The food came in……

“The clerk is very willing to help my request.”

“Very happy to come back, everything was taken cared of nicely. Amenities were in complete in good/great shapes and clean, bed was very clean and pillow was excellent! I'm usually not sleeping well every first day of checking in anywhere but I slept well here. Pool was nice and free secured parking was appreciated. The property and area was quiet, easing the stress. The only thing I would suggest is to add some more clothes hangers. Thank you!”

“Great experience.”

“Ok”

“great location, walk distance from Murrays coach station.Full kitchen equipment.Good experience!”

“Good and convenient location, walking distance to Canberra city centre mall. the hotel room is neat and clean, however is a bit old and updated. The indoor pool is small and not the heated pool, which is a bit cold for baby and elderly people. ”

“人員親切、地點便利、空間寬敞； 唯維護得不是很好、鮮舊，衛浴、櫥櫃五金不正、吹風機很髒又不工作。”

“Not clean, quality not good”
