“The 'amenities' quoted (spa, fitness centre, etc) were in a separate building across the road and were not included in the price we paid. We understood that off road parking would be available on site. We were told on arrival that this was not available and we would have to park in the street, which had paid parking spaces in front of the hotel and free spaces two blocks up the road. We had to move our car before 9 am to avoid a penalty. We expected a hotel of this quality to have a lounge/bar……

“Nous étions ds une suite junior avec nos 2 petits enfants.. L'hôtel est propre et agréable, un peu trop moderne peut-être. Je mesure 1,90 m. Pour prendre une douche 🚿 j'étais obligé de me plier. “The balcony really made the room. But it was clean and tidy and comfortable. Bathroom was fine with a good shower. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was plentiful and really great.
