"Staff are efficient, friendly, and they are helpful with guest’s needs. They offer complimentary drinks (coffee, hot water, chai tea) -much needed for the cold weather. The area is accessible to the airport and they offer 24 hour shuttle which makes it more convenient for guests. It was great to stay in this place. "

"First thing i noticed walking into the entryway was the cleanliness of everything as i made my way to the counter. The Associate was very polite and cordial! The staff made checking in seamless and was granted an upgrade to a king suite. I have been to many overnight venues and i could not find a single complaint "1" with the cleanliness! Bravo to cleaning staff! (My wife is very picky in the "clean" area and she gave 2 thumbs up). Thank you mostly to the staff and also to the management that gives the "Boots on the ground" crew the tools they need to reach excellence! Well done all!"
