Hotel is very clean and well maintenance. Room is big enough to comfort a family size of 04. My kids are extremely utilizing bunk bed which they climb up and down. The staff there was very respectful and very polite, checking in and out was as easy as cutting a marshmallow!! I highly recommend this hotel to others who would love to travel to Japan and stay in style!!

Good location walking distance to Ueno station 12 min walk. Good place. Concern just the size of the room but this is Tokyo so be very aware that your family will need more.
