HORRIBLE. We made it back to our room around 12:54 am on a Saturday night only to not be able to get into our room cause the doorknob was broken. We told the receptionist and he could not open it either, after a long while of the receptionist trying to open the door with a hammer and a screwdriver the receptionist said we could get in through the small window in the bathroom since it was left cracked open for air flow. He could not fit so I was able to get in with a ladder only to not be able to open the door from the inside either. Imagine my shock when I saw that the doorknob had been chipped away at before. Which tells me that this has happened before. I was finally able to open the door with a screw driver but by this time it was already 3 am. They put us in another room with NO HOT WATER for showers. After contacting the manager he said he needed proof of what happened and then provided me a false email for pictures to be sent and then when I tried calling back they blocked me number.
