"From the greeting to the exit... I was genuinely impressed.. Unfortunately, good customer service is a lost art; however, Sonesta seems to have unburried this treasure.. they were genuine, the rooms were fully stocked with things that you might have forgotten at home and exceptionally clean! There were ample towels, washcloths et cetera, and an extra blanket. The rooms are accessible through the lobby, only, as they are encased within a enclosed structure. You cannot hear anything from the outside, nor from any other rooms. Blackout blinds and very comfortable bed with awesome linens. One could definitely catch up on much needed rest before taking that next adventure, or the long drive home. THANK YOU, SONESTA HOTEL and STAFF. PS There is an extra plus because they are pet friendly...;however, there is a charge, albeit a small one, one cannot find a hotel with all the amenities AND pet friendly, too. "

"So great place to relax! The room is clean and good with nice complimentary things, including the nice makeup remover tools. The in-room bath tub is so relaxing and the outside pool is really nice, love the hot tub. The includes breakfast also very delicious, love the morning juice bottle. "
