I did not like being charged $8 for parking. This fee was not disclosed at the time I made the room reservation. It needs to be disclosed on your website and thru all 3rd party reservation systems like Expedia. I did like the size of the room and the modern bathroom. There needs to be more than one towel hook in the bathroom.

Lighting in the bathrooms weren’t extremely bright and located outside of the bathroom. Rugs in the halls were a bit worn- and smelt a bit musty. Rooms need microwaves and our fridge in 209 wouldn’t shut properly. There was someone vacuuming while we went to rest for the night and continued vacuuming for over an hour. Location was amazing, the pool was a huge bonus, need a hot tub. Last to address, is we were put on the 2nd floor, with one of our party being disabled. There is 1 elevator which was down the hallway from us. The staff were wonderful and kind, very understanding. As we have minor concerns, I would want for whomever reading to understand that if given the opportunity we would stay again. Well done.

Love this property but the rooms have no lighting. Very dark - could be easily improved with better bedside lighting and especially in the sink area. Love having a restaurant onsite. We always stay at this location. Central location for visiting all wineries.
