The host showed his ability to notice others' needs when he arose from the table to offer a kleenex box to a guest whose need for a kleenex I had not noticed, nor, I think had other guests. That, along with his seemingly natural ability to help with baggage, suggestions, finding a particular kind of restaurant made us feel at home. The hotel itself is dramatic and unforgettable.
