“It was so very basic, a second chair for 2 people would have been nice, a change of towels for a week would have been nice as well. There was no room service but someone had come in without our prior knowledge and emptied one trash…twice. Noise level from neighbours as well as from the street was not acceptable. "It’s definitely a great hotel in Valencia. They even managed a birthday surprise for my wife, when we arrived."

"We stayed in this hotel for 6 days. The room was tidy at the first glance. They got welcome drinks. Good view from the windows, as it is very close to the art and science museum. Close to the supermarket. You could fill up water from the corridor to stay hydrate. This hotel is next to the mall, you could dine in from the restaurants there. Here are some of the cons of staying in this hotel: The toilet had some kind of smell from the pipe. For the housekeeping, the cleaners needed to have further training. The room keeper left the soaked pillow case on the room chair on the third day. We didn't know it was soaked with what kind of liquid. And it was quite annoying. On the fifth day, there was a used small towel had been thrown on the chair again. One morning, the housekeeping and maintenance guys kept making some noise from the other rooms at the same floor unstop. I didn't expect my resting time would be disturbed by this incident."

"Door to the room was jammed open when we first arrived. A unusual water container was on the refrigerator. Someone had been in the room before us. Housekeeping didn’t replace an empty tissue box and towels the next day. These shampoo and soap dispensers are clogged and never cleaned."
