We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very helpful and kind. The breakfast was great and we were able to use the bikes. Definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel was absolutely excellent. The front desk staff were super helpful - answering questions, providing directions, and helping us make a plan for how to spend our time. The breakfast was extensive and delicious. The room was very comfortable and we loved having bunk beds for the kids. The location was fabulous - I will 100% stay here again next time I am in Valencia.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and kind. The room was clean and the location was great. I wish they had lobby coffee in the morning as well as the afternoon, but there were plenty of places nearby to grab a cup. Would definitely recommend!

Staff very helpful; rooms adequately furnished with excellent air conditioning. Liked the fact that coffee available most of the day, together with cold water. Nice location with plenty of cafes nearby, particularly useful for eating out in the evening. Lastly an excellent breakfast.

Location and authentic experience is what makes this hotel stand out. If a 4 star chain hotel is important this is not the hotel to choose. The beds were extremely comfortable , staff very accommodating and the room had small balcony’s which was lovely. The shower worked well but it was dated and had limescale around the controls, the ceiling above the shower looked rusty in parts - needed attention and decorating. The lift needed updating . Accessibility to local transport is very good within 10 mins walking. I would return to this hotel if I had a good price, comparing with other hotels it was more expensive than others of similar rating.

The Petit Palace Ruzafa Hotel in Valencia was great after staying in BnBs. It was clean with friendly helpful staff and it had a nice breakfast. Ana was quite helpful and gave us suggestions as to where to explore this lovely city. We spent a day in the old part of the city wandering about and enjoying the sights, Ice-cream and a few museums. We also went down to the old river valley park and walked a few kilometers of its pleasant gardens and sights of their opera house. The city had issues with the river flooding, and so they diverted it around the city. The old river way was turned into a park and the Opera house, Science Museum and Aquarium sit in this beautiful park space. The hotel was good value and we enjoyed their fine hospitality.

This small, boutique hotel is lovely. Spotless. The location is PERFECT. the breakfast as great. The staff were kind and helpful. It’s simple, but great for the price. We had room 601 which has a wonderful terrace overlooking amazing Russafa.
