The property manager responded really quickly and was very nice when I messaged a question. We stayed there for a race at Numidia Dragway which is about 20 minutes away. We would definitely stay there again! "

On to the actual house, like I said in the title, this house seems as it was a quick flip and was not in the best condition. Multiple trim pieces missing around the house, it did not seem like it had been cleaned prior to our arrival, shower head in the master bathroom was not secured to wall, there was limescale buildup on almost every water source in the house, there were...

"The house is excellent. It is historic, but has plenty of space. The town of Fredericksburg is easy walking distance and also quite charming.The communication with the hosts was excellent and they provided easy check in and check out (even left us Hershey kisses with the keys!). Easy drive to Hershey park which was a big part of our staying here.All in all, a great experience and recommended!"

"This is the perfect place to stay when visiting AOAA. The host Mary was exceptional, she communicated very well before and throughout our stay. It is the ideal place for a group of guys(or gals) to stay, with everything from a giant tv to a nice flat iron grill to use. All you need is food, bedding and your vehicles. There is plenty of parking, you can back in 4 trucks with big trailers in the lot and street parking as well."

"The whole process from booking, checking in/out was very simple. The management team had make a welcome guide (emailed) for us of local sites and businesses. Which was VERY helpful . We totally enjoyed our time, hot tub was perfect even with temps in the low 30's. Definitely considering booking again when the weather is warmer, so we can use the pool!! "

"This property is so well-appointed and clean. We appreciate the attention to details and all of the extras that came with it (kayaks, paddle boards, games, etc).The only downside is the loft space is a little tricky to access for little kids and it gets very hot."
