“This building is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. We stayed in "Kate's Room" and the bits of history and decor were elegant and deliberate. We had everything we needed and more. “We had a very nice overnight stay. The staff were friendly and professional. The bed was comfortable, lots of nice pillows too.The only issue, the shower head head had a crack in it and some of the decore needed to be fixed up especially around the tv. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel to a friend. It is convenient to many Hershey attractions. ”

“The room was nasty stains on the bed and comforter. The bathroom bath tub was not clean at all the room was not well kept at all. Looks as if house keeping didn’t change the sheets or bedding. I had to strip the bed myself and when I stiles the bed from the dirty bedding. The were stains all over the mattress and mattress's topper. So bad that I booked to stay for two nights and I left the next day.”
