“Let me start…I would definitely rent this apartment again. It is adorable and looks just like the pictures. It has beautiful art on the walls and both the bed and the sofa bed were comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and met our requirements. The bathroom had great shower pressure and lots of hot water. There are a few cons to the property. It is on the first floor of a secured building. The door to the apartment doesn’t have a chain or a deadbolt. The window does have safety bars on it. ……

“Perfectly placed right next to the Arc du Triomphe with excellent metro links all over the city within walking distance. Also walking distance from the Trocadero and Eiffel tower! ”

“The spiral stairs are tough to get luggage down fir the 2nd bedroom but beds and bathrooms were amazing. Nice location and very clean accommodations! ”

“This small efficiency apartment was located just minutes from the metro and the Arc de Triompe. We had five adults and for what we needed, it was enough space. It was not the cleanest place we ever stayed, but it was clean enough. They were amazing arranging for early drop off of bags and held our bags for us until our flight after we had already checked out. The biggest issue was that the only shower overflowed onto the floor of the bathroom. This got so bad it actually leaked into one of the……

“Great place to stay and see the fireworks for NYE. Just a one block walk to view the show and enjoy the crazy night. It is loud but expected on a day like that. Seems like it would be quiet on normal days. Added bonus with the incredible view of the Eiffel Tower right outside the apartment. The bathroom in the basement is as described and hard to get to if you aren’t pretty mobile. Otherwise good spot for our 1 night stay.”
