Staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating - we arranged a late check out and to leave our bags as we had to wait for a late train. “1.BaiDinh飯店熱水有待加強，住宿的第一天使用三至五分鐘即無熱水可用，第二天狀況有改善，設備應加強與更新。2.因熱水器缺失，從二樓換至一樓，依然出現同樣問題，但員工對於熱水器缺失不以為意，表示因為使用不當或過度，並非設備缺失，態度不佳，疑似以越南文與其同事抱怨。3.BaiDinh飯店與BaiDinh古剎寺宇比鄰，如有安排同名園區的行程，建議入住此飯店，約三點五小時可以飽覽周遭景色，如行程於下午二至三時開始，更能享受百萬夜景。”

“Super breakfast at its adjacent sister hotel. Ninh Binh is a modern commercial center, find more hamburger than spring roll or Pho. Ngoc Anh Hotel is best value in Ninh Binh, but Tam Roc 30 mins away is a more convenient town for bus travelers.”
