“We spent a very enjoyable week here with children and grandparents. Amazing view of the ocean and a very well appointed unit. Extras like spices and kitchen utensils, charging outlets in every room, hand lotion, and copious beach equipment were all greatly appreciated. Some of the appliances needed a cleaning... Cleaning out the filters and running some cleansing cycles on the dishwasher, washer and coffee maker greatly improved their function. Club House on the ocean was gorgeous and we enjoyed……

“We were looking for a place closer to the beach but this listing looked really nice and in our price range. Neighborhood is peaceful and the amenities are great. Wonderful nearby shopping and dining. Was everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommend this unit for any size of group.”

The house was perfect, the grounds beautiful. Very quiet and private in November. Convenient to walk to the sandy beach while the boys were diving near Kona and the shopping centres were across the street. We rented the van as well, and there were beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards in the garage and even a floatie for our toddler and……

“Waikoloa Beach Resort was the best place to stay on the big island. Queens marketplace is a quick walk from the property and has everything you need. I loved the community pools and really enjoyed using the Hilton pool pass. The property itself was very comfortable, well equipped and fit our family of 6 perfectly. The beach toys, boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas came in handy and we used them daily. The property manager was very quick to respond and helpful when needed. I would love to stay……

“Beautiful layout, comfortable, space to spread out, lanai facing the sunset was perfect, close to my favorite beaches, KTA right around the corner, comunal pool clean and not crowded, interesting history of the house (sad it is so croweded now), cool at night...we are from Alaska so we were never overheated, and many more positives. The couch was not very comfortable but we never turned on the tv and used the dining table and lani to gather together. The vegitation on the property was so local……

“This was our first trip to Hawaii and this location was nothing but perfect for my family. Not only is it a beautiful property/condo, it is across a shopping center that has what you need including dining options. Everything was perfectly clean, well equipped, and beds were comfortable! The Hilton Pool pass, beach chairs and ice chest were a huge plus for us. Michelle is a great host and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. I definitely recommend and look forward to staying again.”

“My family had a very nice time here. The house is as advertised. Looked great inside. The backyard pool was used often. The location was great with gorgeous views of the ocean and sunset. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of towels. The gas grill in the backyard was not very hot. It maxed out at 250 degrees F. Overall, we would come back here again!”

“Spent the winter holiday here with my multi generational family. The open floor plan and large kitchen makes it a great space for large groups of people to gather and co-exist. The kids loved the pool. The security system on patio doors helped us feel comfortable with the safety of 2 young kids. It’s set back from the coast in a residential area on a golf coarse. very quiet and peaceful with a local grocery store nearby. Upstairs patio has a nice outdoor dining area with sweeping views……

“This place was wonderful! 7-10 min walk to a great beach. 5 min walk to grocery stores. Close to Kona-related activities and activities north of Kona. Kitchen had everything we needed; snorkeling gear worked well. Just perfect.”

“We were looking for a place close to a white sand beach on the Big Island. This house was perfect. Although about a 20 minute drive to Waikoloa Beach, the house was perfect for hosting two families of four. There were fans in every room and a water cooler in the main bedroom. The kitchen is extensively outfitted for anything you want to make, and there were leftover condiments and dry items, which were a pleasure to find. We also appreciated how solid the stairs are (you can't hear people going……
