The property is lovely. The DIY self-service approach is a little rough for first timers but the learning curve is steep, and likely benefits loyal guests. The only complaint is the shower pressure was minimal. I would stay at this or sister properties again.

I liked this hotel. It's upscale and a delightful place to stay for a few days. My only wish is that they had a handheld shower head and didn't use the little bottles of bathing products. Otherwise it was perfect!!
