“When we checked in, we were informed the parking was “free”. They had a sign at the check-in counter that said parking was $15/night. We inquired about it. They reassured us it was included. I just checked my credit card statement & I was charged $30!! (We stayed 2 nights). Also, only 1 wash cloth, no tissues & to top it off, we had a barking dog in the room next to us.”

“Long beach airport next door and shuttle was quick. M club attendees were great. Main issue I had is requested a late checkout for 1 pm. Left my bags at front desk in case didnt return from program by 1 and left. I returned before Noon and was told I was checked out. I just wanted to go to room and change. Instead used bathroom. Didnt appreciate that level of care.”

“Booked online, took a $40 Uber to get there, no staffers, sign on window said no vancancies? Well that was odd being that i was able to book, and noone answered the phone, had to fight with Expedia to get my money back, I do not recommend.”

“The first room I was given met my ADA needs, being on the first floor near a handicapped spot, but the toilet was leaking. The owner offered a “better room” on the second floor, which I accepted due to exhaustion after my 7-hour drive. The second room seemed renovated but felt cramped, with the beds separated awkwardly, leaving little space to access one side. We resolved this by pushing the beds together, misaligning them with the headboards. The shower had extremely high water pressure and……

“The smell in the room was horrible no matter what you did to take it way it was gross the air conditioning didn’t help opening the windows didn’t help the homelessness sleeping on the property by parked cars with bad, the water pressure in the shower none! The bed sheets dirty. Then the power was upset at how much I paid saying I paid to low!!!”
